Delivery Information for Orders in Great Vancouver of Canada
FREE delivery for order amount over $700, anywhere in Great Vancouver of Canada. If the order amount is less than $700, the client has to come to our warehouse to pick it up. It takes 1 to 5 business day to deliver the order after we receive the full payment for it.
Delivery Information for Orders outside Great Vancouver in Canada
The shipping charges vary depending on the locations of the clients. It takes 3 to 5 business day to ship out the order after we receive the full payment for it.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for unused, unopened items for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. All products must be returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories. All returned goods will be charged for 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please email us at order@bigorange.ca with your invoice number and the item you are looking to return. Shortages and damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods. Our customer service representative will contact you to complete the process.
The promotion or clearance items are not eligible for return & exchange.
Payments
The full payment has to be made before the delivery. The payment shall be completed by credit card, Paypal or an e-transfer to order@bigorange.ca. Any difference between the delivered order and the invoice will be applied to your next order.
